Meeting with a doctor tomorrow to discuss phenobarbital - need your help!

I got off the phone today with a doctor that said Yes you are in Protracted Withdrawal. Finally a doctor that understands what I am experiencing. I am meeting with her tomorrow with my husband and I am reaching out to all of you to see your personal experiences and advice.

 

I have read the Ashton manual and that is why I am hesitating, but I also know that living like this is hell and I am not living.

My opinion if it were me no more drugs, no matter how bad I get why replace one drug with another, I want my brain to heal, not screw it up more,  please re read dr. Ashton, wishing you the best bando
