slowly starting to taper my tegretol,any suggestions? advice?

Hi all,sorry 2 be such a pest,but I am deciding on slowly tapering my tegretol,I don,t know how far I will make it,but if this is the reason why I am having trouble recovering,then it has to be done one way or the other,I am also on remeron,but I don,t want 2 do both and end up with a nervous breakdown,plus bein in protracted wd. Any advice on tegretol will be appreciated! Thanks angel.
