ladies...PMS and withdrawal what do you do?

Normally without benzos my pms would be bad ,but now with the cuts and tapering its hell. I'm still waiting on it. All my symptoms seem worse and I can't stop crying. I'm holding out on my next cut till the next period is over, is this normal, what did you do? I feel like I can't take it anymore my brain in in emotional and annoyed hyperdrive. Plus I'm always having nausea and its making me extra tired. This is the 4th period from hell. I just wanted to know if anyone else out there had the same.

It seems many notice their symptoms rev up before, during, or after their period.

 

I think it`s smart of you to hold until your period is over.
