Many people reduce the evening dose later on in the taper as they find that they need the evening dose to be able to sleep.  If you don't have any problems sleeping it probably doesn't matter as much if you start reducing your evening dose a bit earlier.  Everyone is different and I think the important thing is to listen to your body and taper the way that is right for you.

Once you get to the lower dose such as 10 mg you may wish to slow down the rate of taper.  Many factors influence whether you need to slow down or not such as how long you've been taking a benzodiazepine, stress, how well you're coping with your withdrawal symptoms, etc. You may not need to slow down but if you do you may wish to explain that to your doctor.  It is very important that you are in control of your taper and completing it at the rate that you're comfortable with.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
