[pa...]
I hit a new "phase" this past week where I'm sleeping like 11-12 hours a night and even napping on top of it! I don't begrudge it - I actually welcome up, because I figure there is enough GABA there to rest and my body must know I need it. But I just wondered if this is a good sign? I am STILL in the fog, so there obviously isn't enough GABA to make that right, but is this new phase a sign of anything? Did this happen to any of you? Jaso19 (Jenny) - I tried to write you but your box was full I think. I hope you see this! Thank you, Parker

[pr...]
Yes I have heard of sleep binges and even had one myself. It's a good thing. Definitely a sign of healing.
[Im...]
Last weekend was like that for me, although it did coincide with a cut so I am not sure.what was going on. But yes, if your body is telling you that clearly that it needs sleep, for whatever reason, listen to it ! :-)
[ja...]
Parker!!!! I just saw this..Your right this w/d comes in phases. I think if your sleeping well this is a wonderful sign. I know for me once I started to restore my sleep I saw differeneces. Things started to repair. Good for you. This is a very good sign!!! Im so sorry about my Pm box. I shut it down a month ago. I think responce says Ive blocked the person who pms me..This is not true I didnt block anyone.. It just says that. \ Parker if you feel your body needs rest ..Do it. I think when we listen to our body and how its healing it makes it better for us to flow with it. Your Healing Yippeee ~Jenny
[Fl...]
Later in the first year when my sleeping patterns were starting to change I had a few nights here and there where I slept 11 hours or so. No rhyme or reason and it only happened a few times.
