need to get through the next few days

Well I entered into another wave of sx's.  It was triggered by a cut in my dose and obsession about some negative experiences i've had in the past. 

 

I'm depressed, really bad dp and  dr, anti social, fear and most of all.......This feeling of impending doom, that comes and goes in waves.  It seems like ever few min. the feeling comes over me to point where i get really scared then i eases off at the last second when i think i'm going to pass out.

 

does anyone else get these intense feelings that come and go pretty fast.

I'm holding at the present time, but perhaps some other buddies can chime in here and offer their advice.  I hope this wave passes soon for you.
