Xanax Temazepam c/o

[il...]

Recommended Posts

I was self medicating Xanax .5mg @ night for sleep, Doc switched me to 30mg of Temazepam for sleep.

Is this considered a cold turkey drop of Xanax or could this be considered a cross over to another benzo?

It is both, but such designations are irrelevant. What is relevant is how you feel and what are your plans/intentions.

Cortisol and adrenaline are highest in the morning, hence the morning shakes/anxiety. You have bounced a bit on different drugs/doses, but 25 of V "feels" to me like you should have a good chance of feeling stable soon. Do you feel better since adopting this dose. It can take about 2 or 3 weeks for your plasma levels to reach a steady state.

I would hold off on cuts until your withdrawal sx go away. Then follow the Ashton protocol. You are young and have good motivation.

By the way...I hate golf. my peace is in the woods. To each his onwn. Hit the links and spend quality time with your kids, even when you are feeling rough. Its important to have a little something to look forward to each day. Benzo w/d or not.

Peace brother.

Is there a way to reduce the adrenaline and cortisol in he morning?  I do feel better on this dose and excited to start withdrawing and healing soon.

I'm a mean shot with a rifle & more triples with a shotgun than any human I know. Golf is like the woods- only I'm hunting birdies.

Triples....I gave up dove hunting a few years back. Would take two boxes to kill 10 birds. Wonder if I can blame that on the benzos.

Everybody has higher adrenaline and cortisol in the morning. It is part of the normal circadian rhythm. With benzo w/d it just feels a bot worse. Nothing you can really do about it.
