[mi...]
What's your baseline? My baseline now is minor anxiety, some chest tightness and a little dizzy/spacey feeling. After every wave I've been seeing some improvement in baseline and get some windows of normality. It's still hard especially if and when another wave comes but will push through and so will you guys. [bm...]
I don't know what you mean by waves and windows but I feel like crap all day every day, My symptoms are the same. I don't have windows, Sleep hasn't really returned, Nothing Positive has happened... So down about this whole thing, I mean does it really take 6-12 months for gaga receptors to heal!? [Ho...]
Keep fighting! I know it's so tough to hear because it feels like forever while you are going through this process, but you are still very early off. I am almost 7 months off and still haven't had any windows and am suffering. You will get better but it takes time and patience. Hang in there! You can do this! [bm...]
Have you had any improvement at all!?
[Ho...]
I personally have not, no. The last 3 months I have gotten progressively worse and this can happen. Don't bank on that happening to you though. We are all very different and MANY people see improvement a lot sooner than I have. Good luck!
