I can relate to the difficulty breathing especially when the bloating is really bad and sometimes painful.  It can be very difficult to cope with.

Sometimes I feel dizzy as well.

I've heard from many people that they experience heart palpitations during withdrawal.

If you're concerned that it might be something else it's a good idea to get checked out by your doctor even if it's just for peace of mind.

Hope you feel better soon.

Take care.

Hi there!

The difficulty breathing from bloating is something I get from time to time and can be very unsettling, but I know of others who experience it and I know it passes.

I went through a period about a month ago where the dizziness was really bad.  Even sitting I felt like I was going to fall over.  And during that bout, I had a lot palpitations.

All of it is quite normal.  And I know from my own experience that is all passes.  My biggest issue to date is still GI problems (like the gassy/bloated feeling, etc), but that was my area of weakness throughout my taper as well so I think it's just going to take the longest to fully heal.

All the best - these things will improve!

Do you drink coffee or anything with caffeine?  I was getting horrible skipped beats and realized the coffee was making them worse so I stopped drinking and now get far fewer skipped beats.
