1 month rid of xanax!

Working on day 31 clean from a 5 year stretch on Alprozolam. Today was not half bad, but yesterday I wanted to crawl in a hole. Still getting pressure on the back of my head, and breif(but intense) panic attacks.Mornings are pretty rough. Spend most mornings in the shower spiraling out on unproductive and volatile existential questioning. We will see how it goes from here.

I am over two months Xanax free and I can completely relate. I will pray for you JustBreath2011. If you need someone to lean on let me know. I only took for a year but its been terrible. Only the last two days have been manageable but you and I will make it.
