Anticipate 18 months total, i am 8.5 months into my taper

Titration using tiny daily cuts

Librium

 

From what dose?

30mgs (equiv of 12mg Valium)

 

Origianal drug?

Duration of use pre-taper?

20 years

 

How long since your last Benzo?

Still tapering, now at almost 9mg Librium (equiv to 3.6mg Valium)

 

Are you healed and to what percent?

I am feeling better as i taper, so far 70% overall but my taper rate determines my well being, i anticipate a higher chance of full recovery or close to it by the end of the taper, or at the very least a very short time to heal from symptoms... whether this works remains to be seen but the alternative seems less likely recovery wise given my duration of use.
