[mi...]
So for about last 2 months it has been like this. 2 weeks good and 2 weeks miserable waves. Now when I say good I'm not symptom free but things are mostly manageable with moments of hard times and then some windows etc. I know its hard to predict what will happen in the future I'm just wondering if someone had a similar experience and how did it go? Im doing ok the last few days except a sore throat and cough like a cold but im ok with that lol.
[WT...]
I can't relate to that exact pattern, but I do notice a pattern in my healing that is something like what you mention. I usually go into a wave that lasts 2 to 3 weeks (though my last bad one lasted over a month) and then I'll have baseline for close to a week, with shorter intermittent waves. Each time I have a wave, I see an improvement in my baseline, albeit small at times. The last wave yielded the largest baseline improvement to date and a decent little window. [...]
You are doing well in the grand scheme of things! I stopped C/T Oct 31st too. I have more windows of feeling good for several days in a row, now. I went through the initial hell as you did too. I have daily anxiety in the very early am and some agoraphobia during the day. Other than blurred vision, I don't have many physical symptoms. I do have that cortisol rush of adrenalin and heart palpitations early in the morning, but it varies in intensity now. I also hear that a lot of people experience some sort of illness around the 3-4th month too, isn't that crazy? It probably dings up the immune system as the body is fighting so hard to normalize. Hope you feel better soon and that your good times last longer and longer... Skyy
