New symptom? Back Spasams/Shocks

Has anyone experienced this? Yesterday i had it happen maybe 3 times for the first time ever in my life/withdrawal.

 

It's almost like an electric shock in my lower back that lasts maybe 5 seconds. Part of withdrawal?

Never had this till now and just hitting 4.5 months off.

I had something similar but it was while I was tapering and in my neck- I think it was a pinched nerve- it really zapped! but it went away on its own. I don't know if thats a w/d sx or not but I wouldn't worry too much- mine lasted a few weeks but the intensity was only bad a few times- if I was sitting funny or reaching for something.
