Question about liquid ativan solutions made up by a pharmacy?

How long can liquid ativan solutions made up by a pharmacy stay fresh if they are in the fridge? Also if it is a good compounding pharmacy, do they make up acceptable solutions and is this the best way to taper (titrate) off of ativan since I am now on  my last push and it is brutal?

Thanks so much,

I recommend talking to your pharmacist at the compounding pharmacy to find out how long liquid compounded ativan remains stable.  Your pharmacist should also be able to tell you what suspension medium they use.  A common suspension medium used by compounding pharmacies is OraPlus and OraSweet or OraBlend but some compounding pharmacies offer other options as well.
