Wow. First of all yall make it hard for someone trying to get off of Benzos to try to figure all this registration stuff out. Ok I may just be freaking out cause I cant think, spell, keep hitting wrong keys I have been off Benzos for 2 weeks I took  6 Mil a Day of Xanax for 2 years. Im going crazy everything thing I do is multiplied by 20 ad I cant sleeeeeppppp I need helppppppppp.

Im 32 been diagnosed with GAD and Sever Panic attacks. I have been on ad off of this devil of a medicine since I was twelve. I would only take it when I needed it back then. But, My doctor insisted 2 years ago to take 2mg 3 x a day. I didnt want to but WOW it shut my brain off to the point the thoughts were not running through my mind like they used to before. I was actually normal or so I felt. I worry 24 hours a day ( point being im worried if you will think that is cleashay dont ask me I dont know how to spell it LOL ). I just need help with all these thoughts and symptoms.

It's spelled "cliche". Hi Byroneck,

I'm no expert but you were on a lot of MG.s to be tapering for only 2 weeks!! Some folks go back on it to get stable then switch to Valium so they can more easily taper much slower. 

Don't forget deep breaths!
