From really cold, to really hot in 8.3 seconds!

Anyone else observe DRASTIC deviations in body temperatures almost instantaneously?

YEs!  But I am also a woman so hot flashes are par for the course!

I can be freezing then feel like I need to plunge into ice water. I hate it.

I have this right now...at least I think.  I was convinced maybe I was fighting off some kind of cold or flu or something.  I feel like I break into a sweat every hour.

Hi, Recovering, I'm sorry you experience this temperature deviation -- I guess this is my my one chance to feel like a woman; such a rare opportunity. lol 

 

Sadly my window is gone, and I'm in a horrible wave tonight.  I was expecting this to happen, and hopefully I will find a window again soon.

Every morning this happens to me. Every morning - and twice on Sundays. It never happened before benzos. It's only happened during withdrawal. I don't expect it will last. Have a warm drink and relax.

I had hot flashes the first month off or so...and I'm too young to be menopausal yet   Thank God they went away.  They mostly happened at night while sleeping for some reason...

A wave unfortunately, but not as bad as the last, but close..   I hope this one doesn't last a month.  I keep thinking about that window, and it seems false, and distant.  The hot and cold are tossing back and forth, quickly.

This still happens to me and it's very annoying. One good thing I can tell you is that it's not as frequent as it was.

Yes, I hate this. I bring 2 change of shirts in my purse. One short sleeve & one sweater. So annoying!
