Is this the book you are referring to Hope? Did you read it? Was it helpful? I am pretty horrified that the average recovery time is 6-18 months, let alone anything longer! WE ALL DO HEAL! THERE ARE NO PRESCRIPED TIME FRAMES FOR HEALING! I PORTIONS OF IT EACH DAY AND EACH DAY IT GIVES ME HOPE! IT IS A DEFINTE MUST READ! SENDING YOU WARM HEALING THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS!
