New and anxious

Hi you can call me Krindler or any other nickname you would like.  I've been on benzo's for about 3 years now, i recently got on lower dosages of Clonazepam which is what I'm taking now. I'm very anxious in a general sense and my memory is dwindling day by day.  It's nice to meet everyone.  Hopefully I can relate or find someone who relates to me on here.  I need help

Hi Krindler,

Welcome to Benzo Buddies!  Sorry you are feeling anxious, it seems to go hand in hand on this medication and when tapering off of it.  What mg. do you take?  Hope your anxiety quiets down for you.  Do you like to listen to music?  Sometimes just finding something else to concentrate on helps alot and music is soothing.

What dose of Clonazepam are you taking? Are you starting a taper and are you familiar with the Ashton taper info?
