[so...]
I have eye pain and light sensitivity --- I rarely post due to this problem. Upsetting and painful/// I've been to an eye doctor--and going back again. But need to know if anyone else has this problem? What is going on with the eye ---if this is due to wd? Thanks in advance, sofar
[sm...]
Yes,, very common. I had to wear sunglasses everywhere I went, and couldn't tolerate computer monitor or TV. Oncoming headlights were a nightmare so I couldn't drive at night, even reflective road signs would bother my eyes. I couldn't wear my prescription glasses for a long time. My wife does all of the driving for nearly two years now. I did try vitamin A and it did help, but was short lived. Not a bad idea to see the eye doc to rule out anything other than withdrawals. [De...]
Hi Sofar, I too am experiencing eye pain & light sensitivity. It is a withdrawal symptom...hypersensitivity to light, sound and other stimuli. My eyes also tire easily when reading or looking at a computer screen. I find wearing sunglasses outside helps with this even on a cloudy day ! Debbie
[so...]
Thanks for your feedback. Again --- reassurance --- You have real pain that feels like its in your eyes and around your eyes? And it's difficult to read computer screens and yes the TV too.. So --- if the pain goes away after not viewing or reading the computer or phone-- this is normal withdrawal??!! Thanks again-- sofar Please excuse any typos.....
[De...]
Hi Sofar, Yes it is real pain for me best way to describe it is the eyes and surrounding area feel sore and bruised to the touch. I get a very similar pain in sinus area also. These are withdrawal symptoms but wouldn't do any harm to have a medical check to give you peace of mind.
