What is the best way to swicth from bromazepam to Diazepam

My question is I have been of bromazepam for 4 weeks, but I have a lot of withdrawal symptons, do you recomend to go to diazepam maybe a low dosige of 2.5 mg a day?  Please let me know.

I have no personal experience with a crossover to diazepam.
