Hello, I have joined the community as I take a very low dose of diazepam 2mg per day but would like to stop them. I have stopped all other meds now and the diazepam is my final step. I'm here to take advice and knowledge from those more experienced than myself and to try and draw courage, cos i'm a bit scared..... :(

Hi Frankie, welcome to BenzoBuddies

 

How long have you been taking diazepam? Were you always on this dose? It's a low dose but you still might want wean off by maybe 1 mg every week or two  (which in your case that won't take long) have you asked your doctor about coming off?
