Major setback!!!! Major!!!

[ji...]

Recommended Posts

I had been sleeping great and feeling good for weeks and so I tried to sleep in my own bed again and had a zero hour night. Went back to the guestroom and haven't slept in 5 days despite the sleep restriction that had worked so well in fixing my sleep. All my sxs are back and ramped up x100.

Why is this happening?

Hi Jittery,

I am so sorry for you and the lack of sleep.  I don't have any advice but I'll bet the shock of changing beds started this insomnia again.  I don't have sleep issues but when I do have a bad night I know all my other sxs are so much stronger.

I hope the therapy can get you back to some good sleep again.

Love and Hugs,

oh no jittery Im so sorry. I think its just a setback and you will sleep again.

I had no inner vibrating yesterday or last night, what a relief!!

I think if you just get back on board with the sleep plan, you will sleep again

Sad but true, I sleep better when my wife is out of town :tickedoff:.  She sometimes snores, breathes heavily... it's just more likely to sleep better when you're alone, just my opinion. Eventually, hopefully you'll be up to getting back to your bedroom.  Little changes can unfortunately lead to little setbacks.

Hang in there Jittery.  This too shall pass.

So sorry Jittery. I hope it passes soon for you.

But the good news is if you were sleeping better before, you will again. Give it time.
