Four months and twenty days benzofree!!

Gosh it feels so good to say that!!This has been a rough month for me..Im kinda in a wave right now but its nothing as bad as the prior months..I still ahve headaches, body pain, muscle tightness, jaw pain, mild anxiety, and just an overall uncomfortable yucky feeli still...I am hoping to really make progress in the next months to come...I wish healing to all of you!!!

I am happy to hear you are seeing some improvement from the first few months. That is wonderful.

Good to hear from you. I'm a couple of months behind you and am can't wait to put some more distance between me and the last dose. At times it seems like healing is just around the corner and then the benzo beast rears it's ugly head. We'll get there Alanis. Take care my friend.

Congrats you got there!!!!  You might feel a little off but every single day will get easier and easier.  Believe me, I didn't think they would.  I am a different person than I was last year.  More of the world has opened up to me.  I know you will find the same.
