I am getting all these new symptoms, I have morning nausea, constant headaches and sensitivity to light. I never had nausea and sensitivity to light during my taper. This so frustrating I never thought I would get new symptoms AFTER.....Is this a migraine? I don't know what it's suppose to feel like

Hi Harlotte,

 

What you are experiencing are withdrawal symptoms.  Nausea, headaches, sensitivity to light are pretty typical.  I had them too, during taper but more intensely a few days after jumping off my benzo.  New and morphing symptoms can appear at any time after you jump off and it can be pretty random.  Hang in there, time will heal it all.
