[BB...]
My muscles cramp up really easily. Things like carrying moderately heavy objects or sitting at a computer in an un-ergonomic position (i.e. arm raised when using mouse) cause certain muscles in my back and neck to cramp up and remain cramed up. This can occur after only carrying somehting for a minute or after sitting at a computer for only a couple of minutes. Stretching doesn't work to fix it and sometimes makes it worse. In my opinion, this is as a result of either: 1. Abuse of Ritalin/Dexamphetamines + Caffiene; or 2. Abuse of Xanax/Valium combined wiht alcohol; or 3. a combination of all of the above. My question is - could abusing xanax and/or valium at high dosages (2-5mg), possibly combined with alcohol, lead to some sort of mutation in my muslces leading to some sort of muscular disease? or is there another explanation for whats going on? BTW my full story is in the introduction section.
[Ol...]
Yes I've had almost constant muscle problems such as you describe. I have to limit my time on the computer as this certainly aggravates the arm, shoulder and neck muscles. I wouldn't like to say exactly what the cause is but I'm sure it's linked to benzo use and/or w/d. Dave
[La...]
Hi, my heavy achy muscle symptom has only started since wothdrawal, i was very active before, danced 3 x per week, walked dogs every day, never had any problems, now I feel like I have been rinnung in a marathon every day. The benzos were keeping my muscles very relaxed, never would have connwcted this if it wasnt for benzo buddies, I am sure I would have self diagnosed myself with some disease, thank god I found this site Ladygrace
[BB...]
Its a relief to know other people are experiencing these symptoms. Does anyone know what causes them?
