Taper question about zanax

Hello, I have been on zanaz for 2 months, .25 3 x's a day every 6 hours and .50 at bed time, I have started to taper off , I cut my dose at night to .25, so I did that for a week and now I want to cut out another .25, any suggestions? Should I try and take .25 every 8 hours or take .25 every 6 hours.

I think you are going too fast when you cut you should cat not more than 10% of total dosage ig .50 bedtime cut 10%  it will be .40  listen your body if you make a cut and after 2 ore 3 days feel ok than stay there for 2 weeks than make an other cut .

As long as Xanax is short half life you should take it twice a day and cut .

My Friend if you feel well don't need this drug service taper it and be free later will be late .

I wanted to know if I should try and take my pill at the same time every day. Down to .25 of zanax a day.
