CT scan results

I had a ct scan and the report said 2 insignificant lesions.. They want me to go for a MRI to see what's going on....and not to worry because it can ber normal....... ? What does that mean?  Has anyone had a CT scan with similar results? I'm tyring not to get to scared because they say migraines can cause this and I have had nasty headaches during withdrawl but I don't know what a migraine is supposed to feel like.
