muscle twitching

Anyone else have muscle twitching or muscle spasms? It just started happening to me today out of the blue?

4 months out. Twitched alot in the first 2.5 months. Getting better but still twitch here and there.

8.5 months out. Still have it every day.

Mine is internal now, you can't see it but I can sure feel it.  Early on I had big jerks and twitches, almost hit myself in the face with my hand once.  They went away.
