Anyone know if testosterone can reduce cortisol levels?

Mornings are just horrible with anxiety and other issues.  I've read that cortisol is highest in the morning and slowly declined during the day but this is unbearable. I also read that too much cortisol in the body reduces the amount of testosterone which causes increased anxiety.

I'm starting my testosterone shots again in hopes it will reduce thus horrible anxiety.  I was taking shots weekly back in oct and can say with certainty it helped. I stopped the shots in jan because my blood pressure was real high and I thought it was due to the shots. I did not realize that high BP was a symp of benzo wd. I can also say I have noticed an increase in some Physical pain as well since stopping the shots. I'd like to hear someone's opinion on this or if this is just in my head.

What is relora?  Let me know how it works for you. I may be interested.

It's an OTC supplement marketed for weight loss because of how it lowers cortisol. Unfortunately I don't know much more than that.

I took it a few hours ago and I actually do feel better now. I started to feel better after about 30 minutes. My symptoms were godawful this morning, especially the neck pain, which I haven't had for a few months, so I'm surprised it went away... interesting! I'm so glad I had this stuff on hand, hmm..

Still feeling ok?

Yep, the rest of the day has been pretty good considering how it started. I actually did not get my regular 4pm wave, which is great news. Someone else had just told me though that those 4pm waves have to do with our cortisol going crazy.....
