Big wave tonight

[Pa...]

Recommended Posts

I've spent the last five days driving 10-12 hours a day on little sleep and eating 1 - 2 meals a day. I've finally reached my destination but am finally feeling the effects of all the added stress to my system this last week. Almost feel like I'm gonn be thrown into acute withdrawal. I would list my set of symptoms but honestly they're too hard to describe. The most disturbing are my cognitive problems. Memory, fine motor skills, confusion and disorientation. Still got dr/dp and for physical symptoms I got weird head sensations/pain, general weakness, balance issues, fatigue. I also have emotional flatness. I got others too but what's the point of listing all of them, it just makes it more depressing. I had to move across the country during all this and being in a new environment is really throwing off my ability to cope. I don't even have a bed or blankets tonight. I'm really having a rough go of it. I try not to post unless things get bad enough because I know there's alot of other people suffering who need the support. I'm just really having a hard time tonight. I was able to handle the lack of sleep, lack of good and excessive drive times but now that things are settling down I feel worse. I don't wanna put anyone off but any prayers and encouragement would be much appreciated. My apologies for any spelling errors I might've done, normally I proof read what I write but I feel to bad tonight.

Hi, Panicattackzak.

Sounds like when you were really busy and active, you didn't notice the symptoms, as well as their being more pronounced because of your lack of sleep and poor diet.  Do you have to go to work or school tomorrow or can you just take care of you?

Hello panicattackzac, I am glad you have reached your destination. All that driving for so many hours would wear anyone out. Plus, being in a new environment and dealing with wd issues would really wig me out.

We are here to encourage and support you. You are important and you matter.
