Trying for a year now to go below .25 mgs clonazepam, but cannot with less than 300 mgs trazadone. Trazadone gives me bad mind fog and carb hunger, some apathy there as well. Apparently the clon has some sleep-inducing properties that show themselves even moreso whent he trazodone falls. Never doubted that; crave a 2 mg sleep right now.

 

Never thought to just cut to the chase, either.  Need some input here. Thanks.

I have had experience with Trazadone in the past and found if pretty easy to taper off of (over a few weeks).  I used to take it every night for sleep and did not have any problems tapering off of it.  If it were me I would tackle the benzos first, but that is just me.  Wishing you the best.   Holly
