[pi...]
Hi Nicole, Fatigue is so common in withdrawal. Our bodies are working so hard and dealing with a lot. At least you are able to sleep , that is a good thing. Your energy will slowly improve, I did find the valium very sedating. Even now I am pretty busy most days but by evening I am one tired puppy. You are doing just fine with your taper, keep it up and things will improve. pianogirl

[Sc...]
Pianogirl said it perfectly. I did the crossover from Clonazepam to Diazepam (Valium) and found it very sedating. My eyes would burn and my shoulders would feel heavy no matter how much sleep I got the night before. Once fully on Diazepam, I found this feeling did improve a bit. I had some days where I had more energy (and would take advantage of it) and then would get hit again with fatigue. The good news, is that although I still get hit with this feeling once in awhile, I found it was one of the first s/x to improve once off of Benzos. Hang in there and all the best!
