[th...] Posted March 7, 2012 Share Posted March 7, 2012 hi made a cut 16 days ago I use 2mg Rivotril pills 1/4 morning and 1/4 bed time so 16 days i cut 1/4 nearly half for all this days i felt only some mild problems with stomach and wave sleep but they are quit tolerated but i don't feel foggy and sleep at day so i like now i want to make an other cut but i think if iam going fast . should i make an other cut ?and dosage .25 morning and ,50 bed time i know 2,mg is hard to cut my they are much cheaper here in my country ,sorry form my english . It is important to listen to your body and hold longer than 2 weeks if you need to in order to feel stable and ready to make another cut. Do you have a doctor helping you with your taper? You may wish to read the Ashton Manual to find out more about how to taper off benzos. [th...] Posted March 7, 2012 Author Share Posted March 7, 2012 Thanks for you information i have read Dr Ashton manual many times but since i didn't cross over to valium is kind hard cuz it say to cross over i like direct taper becuase i hesitate to cross over valium. No i don't have any Dr in my taper cuz first time i told my Dr to stop this drug he gave me 100 mg karmazepin than told me no Rivotril is gone but for one week i such symptom worse week in my life than i went to an other one He told me take Buspar as you like to change from Rivotril ro Buspar i didn't found it the right choice so now i am alone but with a lot of information . i made the question as long as i feel good i think i can make an other cut .
