[WT...]
Just thinking about oxygen, and it's roll in the brain. I'm curious if oxygen therapy for a short period time during the day could accelerate healing? Just a thought, I don't actually have any oxygen tanks or anything. [Bo...]
Hi WTBNA, Yes, I was thinking more like exercise to increase oxygen to the brain. I dont know about the oxygen tank working though. Im sure exercise is an important part of the healing process because it brings more oxygen to every part of the body including the brain. Drinking more water would also help bring more oxygen to the body and help with the healing process. Hope this helps. Good healing

I drink lots of water, but can't exercise yet because it revs symptoms up for me at this point still.
[be...]
If you want to boost your water with some extra oxygen, then drink Penta water. It has extra O molecules in it. Walking or any aerobic exercise will also oxygenate your body. I Dont know much about the Oxygen bars.
[Bo...]
WTBNA, I can totally relate to you in the way exercise revs up symptoms. It takes every once of energy for me to get up and go exercise and sometimes I dont at all . Just think of how good it will feel when this is all over. [...]
WTBNA, Your blood oxygen levels are extremely well regulated, unless you have CHF or COPD or something. In fact, it can even be a bad idea to use an oxygen tank unless you need it, cause too much oxygen is actually toxic. http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/_/dict.aspx?word=Oxygen+Toxicity

[...]
Just be careful with hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT). I read about a hockey team (Canucks or something like that) that was treated with HBOT (even those without injuries) and months later many in the team became sick....something about oxygen elevating serotonin too much and then the players having some kind of adverse reaction due to that.
