Anyone got diarrhea

This is the 12th day of diarrhea for me. This has been hell. It just comes on so quickly and getting to the bathroom is hit and miss sometimes.

I had it for almost 2-3 months once. This was before I was benzo wise. I was a yo yo ativan user. It was terrible. Everything went right through me. Stool sample was perfect. Crazy stuff.

Talk about a sore burning bum. lol.

I have had a few bouts of diahorea lately and usually im constipated.

Had it for a good couple of weeks now, once every morning... i have lost some weight but i needed to anyways, my belly is going... i keep well hydrated and i am eating rice and tuna and nothing fried, it´s easing up now.

Yeah, but then I have IBS somewhat anyway. Benzo w/d makes it worse it seems.

Haha, my butt was burning so bad the other night I tried to use some hemoroid cream to maybe help, it felt like I was sitting on hot coals.

I feel like the diarrhea is making me weak and I feel so tired and fatigued most of the time. Painful bones and muscles. All bad.

I read a study somewhere that indicated (in a small sample population) that the gastrointestinal issues tended to be worse in the beginning (even pre-taper) and resolve by the end of the taper. However, the subjects were doing slow tapers, so no way to project how other folks will be from that.

 

Also, I remember a certain post here about someone having their first normal bowel movement in months. People had quite a good laugh and stated that it should be a success story, so I think it is very common along with loose stools and even constipation. Benzo belly can be rough. Still, if it persists, common wisdom is to get things checked out.
