wasnt sure where to post quinolones antibiotics

Ive read on here and would like to know where this imformation came from, Quinolones antibiotics can cause you to go into withdraw. If thats true i was put on metronidazole for H pylori around september or october 2011 and instead og 7 days my doc had me on for 14 days. could this have caused my I/W? Not that it matters now i will be glad to get off. Im just curious and would like to know if this is fact

Metronidazole is not a quinolone, but other antibiotics have been observed to also aggravate w/d. I tolerate Augmentin very well for example, but others here do not.
