Brain fog

Recommended Posts

What does brain fog feel like for you.  I have head symptoms, but I am unsure if it would be classified as brain fog.  I feel like I am stoned, out of sorts, can't concentrate and anxious when this happens. Almost like my head ans sinuses are stuffed full of Cotton with head pressure......sooooo uncomfortable. Things that can aggravate it or even bring it on are coffee...even a few sips, tea, green tea, MSG, alcohol, stress and I think when the clonazepam wears off.  Does anyone else get these symptoms nd is it brain fog?

Hi Annie :),

I'm pretty sure I get 'brain fog' too. I also feel out of sorts, can't concentrate, am anxious, easily agitated, have trouble figuring things out that would usually be pretty easy for me to understand, and if I'm withdrawing too fast then I can even have trouble with finding the right words to speak and/or write. I don't have any head pressure though. It sounds really uncomfortable for sure. I'm so sorry you have that as well.

As for things that bring it on for me I think it's dose withdrawal related. But I do know that I can't handle any stimulants at all like tea or coffee.
