fingers twitching

today I was trying to relax and my fingers were twitching like when you fall asleep and you jerk.  and when I was squiting to pick somsthing up my leg were shaking bad This suff seems to be getting worse

The jerking can be a big nuisance.

 

My knees are the most affected but, I will get all around jerking every so often. It's a common symptom that has to run it's course.

Strange you should mention that, I've also been getting a weird electric shock feeling in my right hand and my finger before the little one has started twitching and jerking alot lately (or maybe it's a case of sleeping on it). I though it was arthritis or something, but I looked it up and usually the symptoms are stiffness and pain, it varies from one hand to the next, very strange and scary...

It's a withdrawal symptom!  When I c/t'd 3 years ago, I had this and had it checked out (nothing).  Now, this symptom comes and goes.  Don't worry about it.  Shakiness, muscle twitches, and vibrating muscles and can happen in fingers or anywhere else in the body.

I've had twitching and jerking just about everywhere, including each finger and appendage.

 

Mine has stopped, or at least it's taking an awful long time in between episodes!! 

 

It is another annoying symptom of withdrawal, you will be okay.

Phew, thanks guys, I was really worried about!

 

Really thanks all, it brings me GREAT relief that this is a symptom (although I am tapering, but it is a taper which is, shall we say, not a pleasant and easy one at all, even if I go slow, I'm just very sensitive to withdrawals of any kind).

 

My left hand seems fine, but the twitching in some of my fingers of the right hand are VERY annoying.
