Hi harlotte999,  :)

There was a period of time when I was reduced to being a walking zombie.  I could could hardly put one foot in front of the other as I would attempt to walk a short distance.

Tiredness, and fatigue are quite common in withdrawals, especially if insomnia is part of the picture.  Listen to your body, if your gut feeling is that what you are experiencing may be more than withdrawals, don't hesitate to get an opinion from a medical viewpoint.

I wish you the best  in dealing with all that you are going through.

I and many other members can relate to this symptom.  It can be very debilitating.  It will eventually subside but in the meantime just baby yourself.

Hi Harlotte,

Me three! Though I've struggled with fatigue while going through withdrawal for awhile now, today has been an I Can't Leave Bed day (another one!). I was looking through here to see if others experience fatigue the same way I do--for reassurance. Some days it is hard not to beat up on myself and say, "Stop being so lazy, Jessica." I live with my boyfriend, and I am really self-conscious about coming across as "lazy" when I feel this way. He understands it is withdrawal, but I am hard on myself when I am unproductive!

No real advice for you--just wanted to say I am here with ya. I do notice that when I don't eat as well, the fatigue comes back. I typically avoid sugars and dairy. When I juice my own vegetable juice, I notice I have more energy too.

And remember--Sunday is a day of rest. At least that is what I am telling myself today!

Best,

Jessica
