currently at 1.1875 mgs or ativan , how do I make my next 5% titration cut

Can anyone tell me how to do this currently at 1.1875 mgs ativan using 1.25 mgs in solution and taking out .5 mls do I next take out 1ml . I use a total of 10 mls each day with 1.25 mgs ativan ground up. I take out .5 mls and then divide the rest into 3 doses of 3.5 mls , 3mls and 3mls. How do I keep the 5 percent cut do I now take out 1 ml? Can someone please help me figure this out?
