Agoraphobia/Social Anxiety

Will the Agoraphobia/Social Anxiety ever end, Just when I thought it was lessening it came back and is still horrible, coupled with the tingling and pressure all over my face and left side of head It's so hard to stay in this Fight!

I am with you in this in that I am still getting SA quite bad. I think agoraphobia is more or less an extension of SA. I was borderline agoraphobic for a while but that lifted so I am hoping the SA fades to a more manageable level soon. I have no reason to think it won't.

When does the Facial Tingling and head tingling stop?? It seems like I am still so shaky and my nerves are firing off on the left side of my head and top of head and face, Does this get better at 6 months off? Can't take much more of this hell, starting to think this isn't w/d...

Mine was terrible- awful- and so strange to me-nothing I had ever experienced before. Now it's almost completely gone.

 

I started out slowly-getaways with close family & then tried small

outings to restaurant & movies.

 

Be patient with yourself & know this does heal

It does get better. These were some of my worst symptoms and the past month I have seen much relief. It's still hard for me to have actual conversations though.  I lack nonverbal emotion from the benzos still, and people act accordingly. I don't extremely nervous whenever I talk to people anymore (which is a welcomed change!). Heck -- I use to get so nervous around people that it was often hard to walk down the street.  I'm living on a college campus with many people rustling around to boost my nervousness, but I am doing fine. Finally.
