Muscles/joints feel like their sprained or broken anyone feel that?

I have had for a while now like my fingers are broken , arthritic , my ankles feel sprained off and on, my hands dont feel texture, my wrist feels sprained so painful , this comes and goes, my arm feels like a a muscular pain, I have spasms that feel electrical , my hip muscle feels like it comes out of the socket not as much lately, my foot feels like I walk on crushed bones , went away for a bit , but back again today . I had all the tests done for Infglammation, and Rheumatisim , all came back normal , along with every other test . Just recently had more blood work done, I get tested every 3 mths, all comes back perfect. Thanks for reading
