When I was tapering and got symptoms I was always afraid they would be permanent, they are not, they faded and morphed into new symptoms and they faded too.

 

I walked around buzzing like I drank a gallon of coffee I was sure I was going to feel this forever but that is not the way it is.

 

I am 4 months free from my dependency of/on Ativan.

 

It's getting better all the time.

I feel the same im 13 weeks off Temazepam the withdrawal is getting better now and i can see a clearer path.  My only problem is my sinsus and chest play up but im not ill.  Im looking forward to the summer and light nights they always make me feel happier.
