tingly feet and hand?

I am tapering off of ativan i get kind of numbness in my left arm and tingling in my left hand and feet. Did anybody else experience this as it is a new symptom for me. Thanks for your help.

This is one of the w/d sxs that the Ashton Manual says can happen.  It is also mentioned in the following article:

I have experienced this a time or two... I had a really big window today! Day 25 off and I actually worked around the,house today! Hang in there things are boynd to get better!
