[pa...]
There is an interesting article in the New York Times today (and an online article in the Huffington Post of a few days ago) on the effect of anitcholinergic drugs on memory loss and cognitive impairment. Some of the drugs like benadryl are strong anticholinergics. There is a very long list in the Huffington Post article. I know many of us use benadryl on occasion. It also lists herbs. Obviously some of the drugs we take have to be taken, but some may be of choice. For those who are suffering from "brain fog" it might be worth your while to take a look at the articles and TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR about medications you may be taking. As both articles state, do not stop taking any medications without your doctor's knowledge. Paresthesia
