Ok today is hard!

So I woke up this morning feeling dizzy and crazy. I am having heart palps and pain in the chest on the right side. I figure that I would be strong since i knew it was withdrawl but doesn't seem to be working. I wish I could just crawl back in bed on days like his

oh i have been down that road my first 3 months were hell i lived in my bed it just takes time im 7 months out an doing 47% better hang in there windows are comming love in JESUS....kate7

Thanks Kate. Did you wake up and have where like your entire body is tensed up including the neck muscles. This drives me crazy! Thanks for the encouragement and you are in my prayers

oh yes i was so dizzy i had to hang on to the walls to walk my neck was so tensed i could not even turn my head oh it saw hell i thouth i was going crazy but i kept telling my self its just the withdrawls  i was on 0.5 mg twice a day for 1 year taper 1 month but all that is gone now time is a great healer an we got plenty of it
