[wa...]
I've been on clonazepam for 6 months and tried to cut the dose in half and it was bad. I read the Ashton manual and it says to substitute my 5 clonazepam for 10 valium. I'm wondering if anyone did it with good results. I'm really scared of the situation I'm in that I wasn't in 6 months ago!
Guest [de...]
I am early in the process of K to V transfer. I am curious how it will go. I found direct taper off K to be difficult. I wish you luck should you crossover and take it slow. It seems to be the best method, although I can't vouch personally for the process
[wa...]
Thank you. I'm going to try the titration but I don't even know where to start. I'm sure I'll figure it out.
[Ho...]
You don't have to switch from K to V - K has a long half life plus switching can be tricky for people.
Guest [de...]
I would probably direct taper from K if it came in smaller pills. The only way to do it with 5-10 Percent cuts is with a highly sensitive scale and water titration. It is undeniably easier from the dose control standpoint to use V. The down side of course is entering unchartered territories with a crossover, although most people seem to crossover successfully w/o much w/d if they take it slow (this is what I have derived from reading this forum)
