[bm...]
Hi guys, I'm trying to figure out if burning 300 calories and playing basketball is too much on my body in w/d. As soon as I'm done playing I have tingling sensations all over my body and I have to get in bed after, then i pass out and as I'm falling asleep my heart rate is beating faster and then wheni get up pounding. Is it because my adrenaline and cortisol is still off at 2+ months off? Any thoughts? thanks.

[De...]
Hi bmw, I have read lots of posts where strenuous exercise has revved up withdrawal symptoms. I think at this stage in your recovery, light exercise would be the best option, walking seems to be the most favoured form of exercise so maybe leave the strenuous stuff until you further on into your recovery. [bm...]
I also just woke up and my body is burning badly and I'm very shaky. This has to do with adrenaline and cortisol? I'm so tired and fatigued, I can barely walk.
[bm...]
I'm going in and out of sleep at night and in and out of dreams but I still wake up like clockwork shaky and with my body burning. Then I have extreme fatigue for the entire morning. Thoughts?
