Does anybody else have restless leg mine comes and goes today its pretty bad it's been 4 monthes

I still have restless legs syndrome, it also affects my arms aswell and is pretty bad  in the night and sometimes through the day aswell ... in the night it causes me to ahve to go into a whirlpool bath to get some relief from it on average 3 to 4 times every night for about 30 mins ... pretty tiring stuff .. been over 3 years of it no fun at all .. didn't have it before Z Drugs .. and it was the reason I was given Clonazepam ... which overtime just made it worse along with a host of other things aswell ..
