Im on 0.5  Klonopin  2-3 times a day(on bottle)........ i started to lean off with 1/2 (of a pill)in the moring 1.4(pill) towards the end of the day

i lost alot of weight, cant seem to hold food down, lost of apatite ..head ringing ...was takin kava to help, but i heard its not good? so i stopped.....any  herbs/vitamins/supplements that ill help?
